Terms of use and house rules for guest rooms and holiday apartments

Our guest rooms are offered at fair and affordable prices. We therefore expect respectful and responsible treatment of the house, its furnishings and the rules.

1. Use of guest rooms and holiday apartments
The accommodation may only be used by registered guests. Transfer to others or subletting is not permitted.

2. No smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. If this rule is breached, we reserve the right to charge for the resulting cleaning costs and loss of use.

3. Sales shelf
Items on the sales shelf must be paid for. Unpaid items will be charged afterwards. The sales area is monitored by video surveillance.

4. Care, cleanliness and damage
Rooms and communal areas must be treated with care. Any damage or defects must be reported immediately. Guests will be charged for damage they cause.

5. Bed linen and towels
Each guest receives a made-up bed and a set of towels (one large and one small towel) for the duration of the stay.

Some accommodation units have cupboards containing additional bed linen and towels. These supplies are exclusively for our staff and are not freely available for guests to take. Parents are asked to ensure that their children do not take linen from these cupboards. Adult guests must not help themselves either.

Guests staying in the holiday apartments may wash dirty towels or bed linen free of charge using the washing machine and tumble dryer on the first floor. The laundry room is available only to guests staying in the holiday apartments.

Bed linen or towels taken without permission will be treated as additional linen provided and charged afterwards to cover the extra work involved.

6. Quiet and consideration
Guests must be considerate towards other guests and neighbours. Disturbances will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. On Sundays and public holidays, quiet must be observed throughout the day. Please respect other guests and neighbours.

7. Breaches of the house rules
If these terms of use are breached, we reserve the right to charge additional costs or, particularly in the case of repeated or serious breaches, to refuse further accommodation. In that case, there is no entitlement to a refund.
